An order submitted through this website is a request to purchase. Rubberproof may confirm availability, delivery requirements and the final order details before accepting or fulfilling it. If a product is unavailable, the team will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Pricing and payment
Displayed product prices are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Delivery, export, customs and destination charges are not included unless specifically shown or confirmed in writing. Available payment methods are presented at checkout and may require secure processing by an independent payment provider.
Rubberproof will never ask you to send full card details by email or WhatsApp.

Product suitability and application
Waterproofing performance depends on diagnosis, substrate preparation, compatible system components, application conditions and correct use. Product descriptions provide general guidance and do not replace project-specific technical advice. Contact Rubberproof before use if the substrate, environment or application is uncertain.

Services and warranties
Any installation scope, quotation, completion criteria or workmanship warranty is governed by the written project agreement issued for that work. Website references to a workmanship warranty do not automatically apply to product-only purchases or work completed by third parties.

Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African consumer law. Our delivery and returns information explains how to contact the team about cancellations, returns, damaged goods or incorrect orders.
These website terms are governed by South African law. International customers may also have mandatory rights in their country of residence.
